Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in developing the maintenance plan with the head of department.
- Follow up the maintenance plan for Utility and all assignment to be aligned with the plan.
- Initiate the working process of department to be well aligned with the maintenance department.
- Verified and checked the work of maintenance department as assigned from the department of maintenance. Control and follow up with the plan of maintenance based on the policy.
- Initiate the solutions in maintenance department which will be able to prevent the problem to happen again.
- Able to manage and take care of people in the department.
- Control and coordinate with the supplier as needed.
- Control and coordinate about safety internally and externally.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related field
- 5-8 years experience in utility facility , HVAC for manufacturing industry
- Strong experience in HVAC system and knowledge about Auto CAD
- Good Interpersonal and Leadership Skills
