Job Responsibilities:
- The Assistant Manager SMT (Quality and Production) provides leadership and supervises manufacturing team leaders, technicians, skilled production employees and support staff to achieve objectives of output and quality.
- Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Establishing and applying quality standards.
- Creating and implementing systems for quality control.
- Monitoring and analyzing performance quality.
- Examining and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Activities to improve scrap reduction
- Enhancement of productivity 5S in SMT region
- Training for new arrivals
- Prepare assembly documentation and maintain assembly libraries
- Perform all routine maintenance on all SMT equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering field or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience producing both surface mount and through- hole PC assemblies
- Experience in PCBA/ SMTA Process Engineer
- Good command of both written and spoken English (TOEIC 550 scores up)
