Job Responsibilities:
- – Participate in activities taken to implement the health, safety and environment program
- Adopt work practices that support health, safety and environment programs and take reasonable care for your own health and safety and the health and safety of others Li
- aise with customers to ensure the correct quality parts and processes are in place to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Quality control of work by appropriate review and preparation inspection criteria/inspection method and necessary equipment (Response area incoming and molding)
- Introduce and explain the quality point lesson learn report of each program launch and all current product (Response area incoming and molding)
- To set up incoming inspection sheet and molding inspection item for new program and any change update from current production
- Handle daily nonconforming concern incoming and molding injection process
- To control and improve part Quality at incoming and molding process
- Responsible for preparation Molding PPAP (Molding area) and involve supplier PPAP review with purchasing and project team.
- IMDS response for support customer PPAP submission
- Support project and product improvements with co-ordination of metrology and laboratory functions.
- Supervise and control quality related tasks for Quality Line Leaders / Quality operators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Engineering field.
- 3-5 years in quality functions for automotive part industry.
- IATF 16949 requirement knowledge
- PPAP, APQP, MSA, FMEA, SPC ,Control plan
- Good command in English
