Job Responsibilities:
- Study, do feasibility tests, review, analyze Pros & Cons, and propose implementation idea to improve efficiency of the current operation layout and do cost/productivity estimation.
- After project approval, prepare user requirement specification, material flow, data flow, process/operation layout, handling tools, equipment, machines, operation infrastructure and utilities for new process that best serving ‘purpose’ and maximizing quality output or accuracy or time management with modernized smart factory concept.
- Review and outline necessary resources, change management, operation risk assessment, plan financial budget, target timeline/schedule. Lead the project after project approval is signed on.
- Delegate tasks to team members and related cross functional teams. Update relevant team members, stakeholders about the project’s objectives, target timeline, deliverable results and update progression.
- Report & monitor project progression to successfully deliver results according to the target timeline. Manage and control spending expense budget.
- Prepare necessary desirable ‘Acceptance of Work’ to use as reference check list, whether to accept work or alert warning or reject works toward suppliers. Manage task/work checklist schedule with contractors/suppliers, 3rd parties’ sub-contractors and regular onsite supervision to ensure jobs are made with progression according to target timeline.
- Participate in working group such as NPD-new product development, energy saving, efficiency improvement, cost-reduction and any project to be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Has at least 5 years’ experience in engineering project management.
- Have experiences in plant design and utility systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting program.
- Ability to work abroad.
- Good command of English
